WDI USA Statement Regarding The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023

On February 1st, 2023, WDI USA submitted a statement to the sponsors of the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023.

This is a federal bill that would define sex as biological for purposes of Title IX.

If passed, it will keep men and boys out of women’s and girls’ sports nationwide.
